Marc Fishbein, Estate Planning Attorney, has become highly knowledgeable and insightful in the intricacies of creating the most comprehensive asset protection programs for his clients. Marc has proudly obtained his Law Degree from San Diego State University and is a licensed attorney in California and Arizona.
Marc E. Fishbein is the founder and lead attorney at Fishbein Law Group, PLLC, a boutique firm dedicated to providing personalized and strategic legal services for both individuals and businesses. With a strong background in trusts, estates, business planning, and asset protection, Marc has built a reputation for delivering high-quality legal solutions with a client-centered focus.
Marc earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from the University of Arizona, concentrating on marketing and developing an interest in intellectual property law. His leadership and strategic skills earned his team first place in a business communication case competition during his time at the Eller College of Management. It was at the University of Arizona where Marc discovered his passion for business, which shaped his future legal career.
After completing his undergraduate degree, Marc pursued his Juris Doctor at California Western School of Law in San Diego. There, he refined his legal skills, particularly in the Trademark Clinic, where he successfully handled pro bono trademark cases and registered over 10 trademarks with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, earning him an Award for Academic Excellence for his performance.
Upon passing the California bar exam on his first attempt, Marc immediately prepared for and passed the Arizona bar exam on his first try as well. His dedication to his legal career led to the founding of Fishbein Law Group, PLLC, in 2024, with the vision of creating a firm that emphasizes clear communication, transparency, and achieving the best outcomes for clients.
Marc now leads a team of passionate legal professionals at the firm, ensuring each client receives the attention and expertise they need. He has successfully represented clients in a wide range of legal matters, from straightforward estate planning to complex probate and business litigation, earning respect from clients and colleagues alike.
Beyond his practice, Marc is an active member of various legal associations, including the American Bar Association, California Lawyers Association, and bar associations in San Diego and Pima counties. He is committed to community service through pro bono work and staying informed about the latest legal trends to better serve his clients.
In his free time, Marc enjoys running, hiking, cooking, and spending time with family and friends, reflecting his commitment to maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
